APR Concerts: Oneness Tour Featuring Counting Crows

Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA, hosted a fun night of music as part of the Oneness Tour, led by the legendary Carlos Santana. The evening's opening act, Counting Crows, delivered a spirited performance for fans of all ages. With a career spanning over three decades, Counting Crows have established themselves as one of the most enduring and well known bands in rock.


About the band

Counting Crows, formed in 1991 in Berkeley, California, quickly rose to fame with their debut album "August and Everything After," featuring the hit single "Mr. Jones." Known for their emotive lyrics and dynamic live performances, the band has released seven studio albums, earning them critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base. Their hit singles include "Mr. Jones," "Rain King," "A Long December," "Hanginaround," and a cover of Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi." The band has sold over 20 million albums and is known for their dynamic live performances.


The Concert

The evening began with "Sullivan Street," setting the tone for a night filled with both introspective ballads and high-energy anthems. Lead singer Adam Duritz's distinctive voice and emotive delivery were front and center, captivating the audience from start to finish.
